Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a strong statement on the pride every Indian should feel for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya.

Speaking at the Gorakhnath temple on the death anniversaries of Mahant Digvijaynath and Mahant Avaidyanath, Yogi Adityanath said, “Today, who in India would not feel proud seeing the grand temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi? If someone does not, then their being Indian itself is doubtful.”

He reminded the gathering that Mahant Digvijaynath had once resolved to remove the symbols of slavery and dreamt of a grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. That dream, he said, has now been fulfilled through decades of determination and sacrifice by saints and devotees.

Quoting Sanskrit, he added that every individual has immense potential when guided rightly. He praised the mahants for dedicating their lives to Sanatan Dharma and to the service of the nation.

“The Ram Mandir today stands as testimony to their vision, vow, and struggle,” Yogi Adityanath said, stressing that a saint regards society as his family and the nation as his clan, with Sanatan Dharma as his only identity.

The Ram Mandir, he declared, is not only a temple but also the embodiment of faith, sacrifice, and national pride.
