Hassan: On the second day of the annual Sri Hassanamba Darshan, devotees expressed deep satisfaction over the smooth and well-organized arrangements at the temple. Orderly queues and efficient management ensured that every devotee could have a peaceful and uninterrupted darshan.
Minister Shivraj S. Tangadagi, along with his family, and Deputy Leader of the Opposition Aravind Bellad visited the temple to seek blessings from Goddess Hassanamba. District-in-charge Minister Krishna Byre Gowda personally interacted with devotees in the queue, taking their feedback to further improve the arrangements.
The temple witnessed record crowds, with special darshan ticket sales generating over ₹1 crore in a single day. The ₹1,000 tickets contributed ₹65 lakh, while the ₹300 tickets added ₹35 lakh. On the first day, ticket sales had already reached ₹67 lakh.
To manage the large turnout, the temple authorities decided to keep the shrine open continuously from 2 AM to 5 AM. Krishna Byre Gowda assured devotees that every visitor would be able to have darshan without delay, with all arrangements made for convenience and crowd control.
