State Names Authority under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta approved the change, with DMRC updating maps, displays, and boards reflecting Hindu cultural landmark recognition.
Govind Singh Pawar highlighted navigation clarity benefits alongside spiritual affirmation when Maryada Purushottam Ram’s legacy echoes through urban transit corridors serving lakhs weekly. BJP leaders, including Trilokpuri MLA Ravi Kant, championed public sentiment, prioritizing dharmic identity over generic nomenclature.
The renaming manifests Ram Rajya principles permeating modern infrastructure, where every announcement reinforces Bharat’s civilizational continuum.
